My journey to Spatra!

So as I begin to write about all the things that are important to me and have been since I was a young lad, I thought that I should talk about a goal i have for this year. That goal is to regain my self esteem and pride, by getting in the best shape of my life at 42. I am using a well know successful method known as P90X and it really has changed many peoples lives, I know I've meet a few in person. Even I have already made an initial change using one of the earlier forms of this method known as Power 90. I went from a cuddly 270lbs down to 240 but it wasn't enough fun to keep me motivated. This other method the P90X, IS without a doubt some of the hardest, toughest, most diggin' down into your soul and make it happen type of program that I have ever seen... Now the funny part, I actually have had this program for the last 3-4yrs just sitting around. Yup, it's true, I like everything else was OK with just being an avoider and never pushing play. But one fine day I was working and traveling in the fine state of Pennsylvania and while at this hotel, a guy and his buddy run into the lobby as I was about to catch a taxi to the airport. I turned and said man he looks familiar, then it hit me, I asked "Is you name Tony"? the guys was just standing there doing motions like a boxer, and he looked up and said in a breathy voice, "sure is, who wants to know"? I said "man, my name is Socrates, and your power 90 helped me loose 40lbs"! and he was like "yeah, yeah... soc raaaat essss, the philosopher! Thats great man, That's great"! and we talked and then on the way home I realized that the dude was real, that he really did live like he said, by just bringing it.

So to make a long story short, I decided to begin my 90 day transformation it started the 30th of June although officially it starts August 2! Reason is that there is a challenge on the forums on the www.milliondollarbody.com that inspired me to use my body as my Halloween outfit! I went out and got all the accessories and THEY WEREN'T CHEAP! So this is a must folks... so stay tuned. I've got pictures coming and I plan on posting them weekly for audit purpose.

Hugs!
